HOLCIM AUSTRALIA
Two wet batch concrete plants supplied, manufactured and corrosion protected (grit blasted and painted to specification) for use in the Gorgon project. We also designed, supplied and manufactured 200ton cement silos for those plants.
All were completely manufactured and exported to Australia.
CHEVRON REFINERY (CAPE TOWN SA)
- Complete supply, fabrication and corrosion protection of floating roof for 54m diameter bulk storage tanks. This includes all stairways, platforms and tank attachments. Also complete tank floor replacements and shell repairs.
- Complete corrosion protection application on flare modernization project, approximately 10,000m2 of specialized coatings.
ETC MARINE
Supplied, manufactured, installed and corrosion protected all steel construction elements to convert a river barge into a sea going cargo vessel. The vessel “MV DISHA” is class approved and registered in Zanzibar.
Overall gross tonnage: 1000ton.
ADP MARINE AND MODULAR
Diamond Mining:
Project management, manufacture, corrosion protection (grit blasting and paint to specification) and trail assembly of various modules for the Lapari Project (Brazil). Modules included DMS (dense medium separation) module. Also, various receiving and transfer bins and chutes with rubber and steel lining.
BHP BILLITON
Complete new sinter breakers manufactured from the profile cutting, machining and hard facing. We changed the old design from cast blades to profile cut steel, greatly enhancing the structure integrity as well as greatly reducing cost and also significantly increasing the life of the equipment.
