Design and development was added to our service range due to the increasing market demand of turnkey solutions.
This service includes:
- Mechanical design
- Structural design
- Draughting and detailing
The latest in design and draughting software is used and the major benefit is that our design software interfaces with our service center cutting and nesting software. This function allows us to import completed 3D modules into our cutting software greatly reducing draughting time and minimizing risk by mostly eliminating reproducing drawings for cutting and profiling.
With specific reference to turnkey solutions, we also successfully added project management to our value added service range.
